We are looking for a self-motivated, competitive business-to-business sales superstar with successful experience in a fast-paced environment to follow up on existing leads, generate new leads and close sales. By helping customers explore and obtain the best marketing software for their specific needs, you’ll be creating win-win success stories.

For the person with the right skill set and attitude, the potential exists for career growth into an Account Manager position within 6 to 18 months.

Sales & Support Responsibilities

  • Master the use of the Rank Ranger SEO and Marketing Platform (up to 4 weeks of in-office training will be provided) with the goal of being able to intelligently discuss the application of our technologies in a professional manner.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Research potential business customers, identify key players, understand their needs and generate interest by mapping out a plan of how they could best utilize our software.
  • Conduct individual web demos and participate in group webinars.
  • Complete, record, and send custom price quotes, close sales and achieve quarterly goals.
  • Provide professional B2B customer support ensuring that customers are happy. Research customers’ questions, and quickly ascertain and communicate in business English the information they need to successfully use our platform. Pre- and post-sales support are required.
  • Remain informed regarding SEO and digital marketing’s latest hot topics, trends and official announcements.
  • Monitor competitors to remain informed about their features, newly introduced products, pricing, promotions, events, and news.
  • Keep management informed by ensuring accurate, timely, and thorough records of leads, challenges, progress status, and closed sales.
  • Participate in social media networking via appropriate LinkedIn groups, Twitter and other social networks as directed.


Qualifications

  • Successful hi-tech sales experience, SaaS a plus
  • The ability and desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Confident and professional phone and web presentation skills
  • Strong research and networking skills
  • Solid B2B Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of SEO terminology, PPC, Social Media marketing and trending digital marketing techniques, and the ability to intelligently discuss them in a professional manner via all communication channels
  • Self-motivated, competitive nature, positive attitude, strong work ethic. and a passion for providing excellent service
  • English mother tongue (other languages a plus)
  • Professional business English – both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in online meeting applications, CRM, and MS Office / Google Business Apps

Hours and Compensation

  • Full-time, 5 days a week: Sunday through Thursday and CRM 2 to 4 hours on alternate Fridays (no Shabbat hours)
  • US Business Hours Monday through Thursday
  • Monthly Salary + Goal Achievement Bonus program
