It packs uniquely unobtrusive display technology and powerful functions in a deceptively sleek design.


Looking for the upcoming product launch, we are seeking for a customer support champ that will join our team.
Everysight is an Elbit Systems subsidiary.

Job Description:
Everysight is looking for an experienced customer support team leader, that will establish the customer support team operation in the company. In addition to assisting our US based customers with their inquiries, our team leader will be involved with defining support procedures, recruiting new support representatives, improving processes and workflows, measuring the support team performance, etc.

Job Requirements:
* Native English speaker with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Availability to work in Haifa (Mtm industrial park) during evening&night shifts.
* Former experience as a support representative is a must, shift manager or team leader preferably.
* Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Quick learner, efficient problem solver, organized, detail oriented.
* Ability to support and assist our clients with both technical issues (technical approach) as well as financial and operational issues.
* Road cycling enthusiastic is an advantage.
