| Looking for a Sales Development Rep

PowerInbox is seeking a passionate, self driven person to join its sales team. From identifying opportunities, to building the right connections and assisting sales executives in getting new clients, you will play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our ambitious sales goal and grow our business.


Tasks

  • Maintain an assigned pipeline of prospects and Marketing Qualified Leads, keep the pipeline clean and organized

  • Utilize our sales database and prospecting tools to manage your pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and their companies

  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials for the Senior Sales Exec

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals of qualified opportunities and closed business.

  • Document daily activities in pipelinedeals.com

  • Represent PowerInbox with integrity and professionalism at all times

In a typical day/week

  • Define about 50 accounts to engage with in a week (about 10 a day)

  • Turn MQL to SQL-

    • Uphold active engagement with existing leads through a tailored and customized approach. You must come up with creative follow-up communications designed to increase contact interest in PowerInbox (A list of ideas is at the end of the JD).

    • Develop new relationships through phone, email, and social media communications in order to establish meetings with senior level decisions makers in companies that could benefit from what we have to offer.

    • Assess the prospect's needs, explain our solutions, qualify the prospect, and schedule meetings for the Senior Directors of Business Development

  • Partner with, and help to build the pipelines of, Senior Directors of Business Development who will assist in developing and sharpening your skills through consistent feedback.


Requirements

Must have

  • 2 Years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong written and communication skills in English

  • Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks within deadlines

  • BA degree

  • Sales skills - negotiation, upselling



Must be

  • A team player

  • Self-Motivated

  • Someone with a positive attitude


Nice to have

  • Experience in the email marketing space

  • Experience in a marketing or sales development role

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools
