As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and services to internal teams and to our clients, as well as the integrity of our IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will be drafting and executing project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing the software development life cycle from inception to product launch, and providing post-launch support. Managing budgets and aiding in the decision-making process for infrastructure improvement and maintenance will be key functions as well.



• Work with internal stakeholders to define product objectives and requirements.

• Aid in the prioritization of requirements and definition of scope to reach milestones on schedule.

• Develop, maintain, and distribute project-management deliverables for the successful launch of new products and services, including: implementation plans, project schedules, project budgets, meeting minutes, risk assessments and contingency plans, etc.

• Manage our third-party IT support provider, proposing projects for infrastructure improvement and maintenance projects, identifying process gaps, and streamlining user requirements so as to enable efficient implementation.

• Partner with an external development team to deliver products and iterations on time and with the expected quality

• Support product owners in an Agile scrum development process by helping to write user stories, grooming the backlog, and taking a leadership role in sprint planning and wrap-up.

• Manage each release through the pre-launch and launch processes.

• Partner with product owners and other internal stakeholders to identify areas in need of improvement to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests from company staff and clients.

• Ensure all platforms, systems, and infrastructure components are in place to support development and business requirements.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• 3+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology-oriented organization.

• Proven track record of successfully launching technology products while partnering with a distributed or on-premises development staff.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Experience with Agile scrum methodology
