The United Nations headquarters in New York is filled with artwork and exhibits presented by countries from around the world representing each nation’s unique culture and heritage. Israel’s current exhibit is the cornerstone of an ancient synagogue from Kfar Yasif in the Western Galilee and it symbolizes the historical bond between the Jewish people and the Land of Israel.

At the initiative of Ambassador Danny Danon, Israel’s Mission to the UN has begun a search for an additional exhibit to be displayed in the organization’s headquarters. The exhibit will represent the unique spirit of Israel to the leaders, diplomats and visitors from around the world who walk the halls of the UN. The public is invited to suggest proposals and the chosen exhibit will be presented to the UN.
