The service will cost you an annual subscription PLUS you will have to purchase a special pre-configured VPN router that you buy from Sabai Technology - www.reliablehosting.com.
I did all this and get reasonably good service on Netflix, Pandora, and other services. William and Ruthie over at Sabai Technology/Reliablehosting.com are very, very good with tech support. They WILL get you up and running if you have any problems. The downside: you have to buy the VPN router, but you DO NOT have to program it and configure it. The reliable hosting folks will do all this for you, when you buy the router from them. It saves a lot of headaches. Aside from all this, my only gripe is that my IP (Netvision) clogs up the pipeline going out of Israel and into the net. Yeah, they will say, "GET OUR SUPERFAST download speeds but what they don't tell you is that their superfast speeds are ONLY good when surfing in Israel. Netvision will seriously limit your DL and UL speeds when connecting to the WWW. Don't let them hoodwink you! They are very good at deceiving you into thinking you are getting great High Speed Internet. NOT! Remember, ONLY IN ISRAEL, period. Outside, it's a totally different story. I imagine the other IP's in HaAretz are similar in practice.
As a result, if you get the VPN Tunnel from www.strongvpn.com,
you may still only get a slow connection to say, one of their servers in Washington, New York, Miami, etc... I'm paying for a subscription to one of their Washington DC servers and again, I generally get pretty good DL speeds for watching Netflix stuff. But there are some periods of time when the whole Israeli pipeline to the WWW is really plugged up and then, I'll have to let a movie buffer pre-download for an hour to avoid the stuttering and re-buffering that can commonly happen.
Hope this info helps.
