I phoned him and asked for a pricing. He asked me who plays the piano. Sorry but that is irrelevant, though I did answer him. I said I thought the price was steep and then wanted to inquire about repainting the piano. His answer to me was that if I thought the cost of tuning was high, he would not tell me. I found him a typical, arrogant and abrasive Israeli. He told me that I sounded as if I was phoning from the US, whatever that means. Why would I call a piano tuner in Jerusalem if I was in the US???? He asked if he could phone me back and I said that he could, after 6:00 PM. He never phoned me back. I will certainly not do business with him.
