A peaceful, renovated and picturesque 1 bedroom, garden apartment in the heart of Nachlaot (Betzalel street) is available now for short term rental. 

The apartment is renovated and clean, has one bedroom, a living room, a separate bathroom and toilet, and can sleep up to 3 adults or 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment is fully equipped and also comes with cable TV, WiFi, washer and also has A/C in the living room and electric heating for the winter months. 

You will be able to enjoy the pleasant garden and also the sunny terrace - and when you want to go out - everything is at your doorstep...Some of which include: The down-town city center, the famous open aired Jerusalem market, the new Jerusalem tram and much much more!

Rates are: 

540 EUR (713 USD) per week - low season 

600 EUR (792 USD) per week - high season (July, Aug, Pesach, Sukkot, Dec 20th-Jan 10th)

1438 EUR (1898 USD) per month (low and high season) 

No extra charge for weekly rentals
Rates are according to euros.
