Meditation Class Structure
Each meditation class covers a specific subject chosen to
develop the students’ relaxation, observation and concentration skills. A
typical class is about 2 hours and is composed of four elements;
- Subject introduction
- Guided meditations
- Practical Application
The meditation course’s therapeutic nature requires small
groups of 7 to 15 students and offers an intimate environment conducive to
sharing and support among the students.
The workshop creates
awareness of personal issues and offers you the opportunity to refine them!
“Once “Expectations in Relationships” came up; I discussed the topic and guided a meditation
to help the students internalize it. At our next meeting, the students
reported improvements that influenced their relationships with spouses,
children and business partners!”
Even though one can get personal attention while attending a
group, some people prefer to have a more concentrated one-on-one session. This
is very effective for refining specific issues.
Still others prefer a family session in the familiarity of
their own home, which has proven to be most effective in family issues.
The Observation Skills
empower you to recognize the effect external stimuli have on you and recognition
is half the cure!
