An international healthcare billing and collections low-tech firm, located in central Tel Aviv, is looking for an Operational Team Lead with project management and training experience to lead a Support Administrative Team. The candidate must have strong communicative and analytical skills as well as be “tech and system savvy.”

 

A background in the US Healthcare business industry or billing and revenue cycles is a plus.  The position is located in our Tel Aviv offices from Sunday through Thursday, 9am-5pm.

 

Keys Responsibilities including:

 

1.       Overseeing the Support and Administrative Teams’ duties and managing the assignment of tasks.

2.       Training and on-boarding all new Company Employees as well as providing “refresher” courses for existing Employees.

 

Requirements and Skills:

 

·         A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role

·         BA/BS

·         Mother-tongue level English

·         Analytical

·         Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

 

The successful candidate is a multitasker, organized and has a proven track record of having successfully worked in a fast paced environment, and of being a team player.
