Dr. Greenspan is a top notch doctor and a true mensch. Not only that, his staff is extremely dedicated. I came late to an app't ( the traffic was crazy) and I was the last appointment of the day, and his hygenist waited an extra half hour for my cleaning. Anyone else would have gone home by then, but she waited. Truly unbelievable! That is true customer service that is hard to find these days.
Visiting Dr. Greenspan's office was a pleasure. First, I had an orthodontist emergency right before Sukkot and he was more than happy to accommodate me just before the holiday. He gave me a temporary fix quickly and painlessly and at the following appointment fixed my problem permanently in a matter of minutes. He is friendly, professional, accommodating and does excellent work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist in Jerusalem!
I have lived in Jerusalem for almost 20 years and Dr. Greenspan has been my dentist for 18 of those years, after 2 initial but unsuccessful tries with other dentists. When my kids were first old enough to see a dentist, there was no question that they would join me in calling Dr. Greenspan our family dentist. Over the years, we have had our regular check-ups, cleanings, fillings, crowns, as well as the occasional emergency. And when my daughter needed braces, it was obvious we would go with his recommendation. (She has a great smile today!) Dr. Greenspan, as well as his entire staff - secretaries, hygenists - are all highly competent, professional and provide excellent service with a smile. Dr. Greenspan himself is unique - an extremely talented and caring professional with the best non-dentist stories that he will tell to calm you down if you are the least bit nervous at having to sit in a dentist chair. And most importantly, his results are great! I wouldn't let any one else go near our teeth or mouths.
I had a great experience at Dr. Greenspan's office. The service with exemplary, thorough, and timely. Not to mention, Dr. Greenspan is always good for a laugh or two. I'm definitely going back, only this time with my kids!
I had this troublesome tooth from years back that finally cracked...literally. I was nervous about losing my tooth and I knew that the only solution would be to put on a crown. I went into the procedure nervous and upset and when Dr. Greenspan saw my obvious distress he calmed me down and reassured me that he would do his best to save my tooth...and he did! Lo and behold, he fixed the crack and renovated my tooth to be like new by working with the existing tooth structure. I was ecstatic to say the least. So many other dentists would have just gone with the procedure that was most financially beneficial for them, but not Dr. Greenspan. I have been going to Dr. Greenspan for over 7 years and I would never, ever, let anyone else touch my teeth.
Having cracked a molar, I was devastated, but my confidence was restored when Dr Ari took the time to explain the various options and advised a crown. The procedure was smooth and painless - I was able to relax trusting I was in good hands. At the close of the treatment, Dr Ari's conclusion was: 'The perfect crown'. It looks as good as the original. Thank you.

Dr. Greenspan is a supremely qualified dentist who treats his patients with patience and kindness. I had 2 fillings done and felt he was very gentle in his treatment and more meticulous than what I've experienced in the past. All that, and I even managed to be out the door of the office within less than 40 minutes of entering!
The care Dr. Greenspan provided was truly heart warming. I got a call from our son in the IDF who had a dental emergency and had truly no time but a slot of 2 hours to see a dentist. I called 3 other dentists friday morning trying to have him seen. Needles to say, Dr. Greenspan was the only dentist who was willing to see our son, and when we met him at his beautiful modern office, was incredibly kind, professional and expert in the care he provided. Dr. Greenspan is diligent and professional. His staff is wonderful. His office is relaxing and amazingly decorated. Your teeth are definitely worth it! He has a room for kids also. The children and adults there are very relaxed.
I have been going to Dr. Greenspan since I made aliyah 2.5 years ago and I'm so happy he was recommended to me. He has seen me about a faulty permanent retainer on multiple occasions, a broken removable retainer, a cavity, TMJ (locked jaw), and multiple cleanings. He is thorough and very fair price wise. Sooo worth going to a private dentist. Made saying goodbye to my dentist in America super easy.
I went to Dr Greenspan last week to fill 4 of my son's cavities. My son didnt feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure. He is 6 years old and Dr Greenspan made him feel so comfortable and safe and explained to him what he was going to do. As a mother who used to live in the US, walking into Dr Greenspan's office is like walking into Dr. Mark's office in LA. His staff if very professional and the office is very up to date with the newest dental technology. I highely recommend him!
I recently told someone that if Ari moved three hours away and tripled his prices, I'd stick with him. I'm finishing up a dental implant and I had been really nervous after reading up on the procedure. Ari was patient and carefully explained the options, pros and cons, and the steps, and then did it so smoothly and without pain that I left the office each time saying to myself 'that's all it is?'. As an artist in other fields, he is almost obsessive about attention to detail and sees his work as a craft, not just a mechanical process. His team is a pleasure too...always smiling, confident in whatever they are doing. Honestly, I couldn't recommend Ari highly enough.
