Managing calendar
Maintaining a CRM- Data base
Promoting and branding the business
Maintain FaceBook page
Office assistance / administration
Getting price quotes, market research
Responding to emails
3 hours a day, 5 days a week
Requirements:
Bilingual Hebrew and English – speaking, typing, writing
Computer and tech savvy – including google drive, Word, Excel and Internet searches
Organizational skills
Both attention to detail and “Rosh Gadol”
Able to multitask
Can work independently and take initiative
