The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. RapNet, a division of the Rapaport Group, is an online B2B diamond trading network catering to thousands of diamond manufacturers, dealers and retailers internationally. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities will include supporting the marketing team with its digital and offline marketing activities including email campaigns, advertising, social media, inbound and tradeshows.

This is a full time position based in Ramat Gan, Israel, requiring occasional mobility to Jerusalem.


·         Perform day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects

·         Manage automated marketing software to implement email campaigns, workflows, landing pages and content

·         Manage social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter

·         Liaise with graphic designers and external vendors to coordinate marketing campaigns and trade shows

·         Coordinate the creation of content for blogs, social media and case studies

·         Manage and maintain a website CMS, with preference for knowledge of Umbraco

·         Assist in running digital marketing campaigns including the use of automation and workflow processes in Hubspot, Salesforce and PPC campaigns

·         Organize advertising and promotional campaigns in both print and digital platforms

·         Coordinate tradeshows and events



·         Native English speaker

·         Proficient level of spoken Hebrew

·         2 years of relevant work experience

·         Academic degree in Marketing, Communications or Business

·         Proficient use of marketing automation platforms, specifically Hubspot

·         Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

·         Experience in lead generation through organic, inbound and digital marketing

·         Familiarity with PPC, social media and community management

·         Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies that meet brand standards

·         Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
