That’s why we need a technical project manager to ensure all our customers benefit from the integration and operation monitoring.

The role

Our rapidly growing travel technology company is looking for a motivated candidate who is passionate about technology for the position of technical project manager  to monitor and manage the implementation of our API for our customers.

You’ll be responsible for the customer system implementation , using our best practices while meeting the customer technical and business needs ,you'll be able to achieve the above by taking full ownership of the process and training , guiding and supporting our onboarding and expending customers . you’ll collaborate closely with the product  team to find, and create a solution for technical and business needs

The responsibilities  

  • Lead the during their API implementation

  • Guide the technical teams to achieve the business goals

  • Review the logs and the investigate best practises implementation

  • Performance monitoring and issue escalation

  • Act as the technical escalation point

What you bring to the team

  • Previous experience as technical project manager / technical account manager

  • English - mother level, other languages is a significant benefit

  • "Outside the box" thinker and the ability to find and solve problems - a MUST

  • Willingness to work hard and at unconventional work hours

  • Experience with SQL queries - an advantage

  • Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL protocols - a benefit

  • Experience with server side/client side communication by XML , JSON format - a benefit

  • Experience with Web Debugger - a benefit
