| Social Media and Online Marcom Coordinator

The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Social Media & Online Marcom Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Publisher, the Social Media & Online Marcom Coordinator will be responsible for building, implementing and evolving the Rapaport Group’s digital marketing strategy across social media and other digital channels to drive brand, product, event awareness, and thought leadership.

This is a full time position based in Ramat Gan, Israel.


·         Create, execute and maintain the company’s social media digital strategy and grow its online presence and program impact

·         Create, manage and execute day-to-day tactical social posts, social media calendar and campaigns

·         Write and edit news releases, social and online posts for announcements, product launches, updates, events and thought leadership

·         Collaborate, communicate and coordinate with multiple cross-departmental teams to align on content, campaigns, goals and share results

·         Learn from trends and best practices in social media and search engine optimization; educate stakeholders and regional marketing teams

·         Create and report on tangible KPI’s to management and stakeholders, and drive strategies that are grounded in testing and metrics to maximize program impact

·         Respond to inquiries, complaints, comments and other contacts generated through social media and coordinate escalations or further communications to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Boost followers, build relationships and grow social engagement



·         Native English speaker with excellent copywriting skills

·         1+ years of marketing, digital or social media marketing experience, ideally in the B2B sector

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred

·         Open to the possibility of travel

·         In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

·         Experience with content strategy, creation and optimization

·         Excellent communication both verbal and written, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership

·         Solid understanding of social media metrics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data on a regular basis for ad hoc analysis and regular reporting to make data-driven decisions

·         Detail oriented, highly organized with an ability to quickly change priorities in a fluid work environment

·         Proven track record of driving projects from concept to completion

·         Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders and manage deadlines on multiple projects
