Who we are?

In the past we ran a field service business that proved to have challenges with multitasking and with keeping our customers satisfied. The process was manual and extremely challenging, so we developed a software to automate it in order to solve these issues. This software helped make us a successful business and therefore we decided to make it available to all field service business. Since that time we have grown 200% YOY while adding 1000's of happy customers.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with a proven track record. Account Managers at Send A Job need to be versatile, innovative, passionate and well-organized individuals in order to join our fast-paced start-up. The ideal candidate will join our sales group focusing on the North American market, working with a wide range of Field Service Businesses over the phone and email.



The Role

  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities, to building the relationships, negotiation and upselling

  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospects via our web-based conferencing tools

  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Send A Job team

  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Send A Job

  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding

  • Identify and generate growth opportunities for expansions and new business upsells

  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product

  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of the platform

Your Experience & Skills

  • Proven ability to establish rapport with customers at different levels, solely over email and phone interactions

  • Ability to multitask - manage a large number of customers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Native English speaker - A must

  • Experience working with SMBs

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close sales

  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments

  • Ability to conduct online product demonstrations

  • Flexible working hours that cover US time zones - A must

  • Sales Development / account management / customer service experience
