Job Description:

As an integral part of our management team, as a sales leader, you will be managing the North America Region.

As part of this you will be responsible for:

·         Develop plans and strategies for success in the region(s)

·         Grow sales in the region(s)

·         Growing sales channels in the region(s)

·         Manage key customer relationships

·         Managing the existing sales team

·         Grow and develop the team in the region(s)

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 15 years’ experience in long sales cycle, large deal SW strategic sales to major enterprises.

·         Major preference for experience in the electric utility sector

·         IIoT experience is a plus

·         Experience in “C-Suite” sales

·         Proven success in:

o   Building go to market strategy

o   Building, growing and managing sales channels

o   Building, growing and managing sales teams

o   Experience in closing 7 and 8 digit deals

o   Over-achieving sales goals

o   Managing the North America territories

o   Remote management of distributed teams

·         Willingness to travel 33-40% of time

·         Individual must be a hunter, a born leader, exciting and inspiring
