An international leading company in the field of medical cosmetics recruits a customer service and Administration representative!

The position includes:

- Answering customers who contact us for help via email or phone calls.

- Responding to customers that are interested in returning the devices.

* Receiving and approving devices for return.

* Update customers with their order status.

* Retain the Company's customers.

- Responsibility for sending receipts to customers after purchase

- Mailing the orders in the post office: Tracking the package and updating customers (delivery tax, etc.).

-Tracking, preparation and registration of packages for shipment from abroad (working with DHL, China, etc.).

- Implementation of shipping policy with the customer.

The job is located in Tel Aviv, very close to Azrieli Mall and the HaShalom Train Station.



- Ability to work in a computerized environment

- High expression ability.

-High level English.

-High level Hebrew.
