About ITC:

Israel Tech Challenge (ITC) opens the door for talented professionals from Israel and abroad to accelerate their careers in technology while focusing on the most in-demand skills in global tech. ITC offers its participants both training and job placement in top tech companies, along with strong networking in the Israeli tech community. To date, ITC introduced over 500 graduates from over 20 countries to the hi-tech industry.

We are looking for a Fellows Program Director who will become an essential team member of ITC’s flagship Fellows program – an elite training course for excellent STEM graduates who aspire to launch a rewarding career as Data Scientists, Cyber Security Researchers or Design Verification Engineers. The Program Director will work in close cooperation with ITC staff and industry partners to meet program goals and ensure the success of its participants.

The Fellows Program Director will report directly to the Head of Training and Education and share our vision and passion for transforming the way tech education is delivered

This is a full-time position based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the program’s preparation and execution from end-to-end

·         Develop and manage relationships with industry partners

·         Be involved in community events to expand and maintain networking opportunities for the program

·         Develop new initiatives to support ITC’s strategic direction

·         Evaluate the program to assess its strengths and identify areas for improvement

·         Work closely with the organization’s management team and different departments

·         Assemble and manage a team of instructors and teaching assistants

·         Manage the program’s full-time and part-time staff

·         Oversee the program’s budget and operations plan 

Requirements:

·         Native level English

·         Bachelor’s degree – a must; Master’s degree – an advantage

·         1-2 years of management experience

·         Strong decision-maker who can lead a program to excellence from beginning to end

·         Educational visionary with ability to plan and execute courses and training

·         Creative thinker and problem solver who knows how to overcome challenges

·         Eager to work with people, mold their skills and help them take a giant leap in their career

·         An ambitious and motivated leader who is a strong team-player

·         Tech-savvy individual familiar with the Israeli tech ecosystem
