Office and HR Admin - Fully Bilingual
Who we are: a global company with a small-medium local presence in Israel (Jerusalem). Our employees work in multi-shore and diverse teams to deliver services to our clients. We are a virtual office and primarily work from home.

Who are you? a responsible and dedicated worker with background in both office and hr administration. You have attention to detail and are rosh gadol, you hate it when things fall through the cracks. You enjoy working with diverse groups from different cultural backgrounds and feel comfortable in a virtual work environment. You might not have experience with everything listed below but you have the hunger to learn!

About the position: you will be handling all office and hr administration including maintaining all office & hr filing, booking and payroll preparation, recruitment, employee onboarding, employee separations, dealing with queries from employees/vendors/government agencies, banks, vendors, travel arrangements, and admin support for projects as needed.

Requirements:
Must be available full time
Must be bilingual in Hebrew and English
Excellent working knowledge of excel, word & outlook
At least 2 years’ experience working in an Office/HR related position in Israel
University Degree in Social Science
Candidates must undergo a background verification process prior to hiring
