Here is the Israel government site which enables you to light a virtual candle in memory of the fallen soldiers and terror victims of Israel. The site includes pictures and stories of the fallen. Hereis the site in English. Not all of the material about the fallen has been translated

You can light a candle for all of the fallen, or search for individuals by name and light individual candles.
