FXCM is seeking a Security Analyst to assist with developing and maintaining governance practices around internal tools and implementations. The Information Security Analyst – Governance will work closely with all areas of technology to understand what constitutes proper configuration, as well as access requirements and develop tools and processes to ensure configuration and access remains proper. As FXCM is a heavily regulated business entity operating in several regulatory jurisdictions globally, the Information Security Analyst – Governance will respond to audit requests from other areas of the business, as well as run audit evidence gathering and respond to auditors when IT or Infosec is being audited directly. This role will report directly to the CISO and work closely with all areas of technology.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Develop and implement strategy for facilitating internal governance functions
  • Work closely with technology owners to document proper configuration and access
  • Respond to audit requests from all areas of the business
  • Respond directly to auditors when technology is being audited
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architect to ensure technical requirements are met for projects
  • Contribute to security strategy as defined by the CISO

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience Job Holder should have:

  • Must be eligible to work in Israel
  • English at a professional level (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of audit lifecycle
  • Comfort with scripting and automation concepts
  • Experience managing GRC toolsets such as Logic Manager or Archer
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Comfort interacting with third party auditors

Office Location: Next to the Jerusalem Central Bus Station / Tachana Merkazit & The Navon Train Station
Hybrid: Jerusalem (Minimum 2 Days per Week) / Work From Home
Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week; Monday-Friday, with Friday as a shortened day (Possibility of working Sunday-Thursday once training is completed.)
PLUS 20 vacation days a year and holidays
