Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to assist in reviewing and analyzing documents for real estate underwriting. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, the ability to identify patterns, and a keen eye for anomalies or irregularities in data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze various documents related to real estate deals.
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
- Identify and report patterns, trends, and any unusual findings.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accuracy and consistency in document review.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets.
- Experience in real estate or underwriting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Hours:
This is a part-time position in our office in Har Hotzvim.
4 hours per day Sunday-Thursday, overlapping with EST working hours. Room for growth in number of hours over time.
Compensation:
The position starts at $14/hour with the potential for growth based on performance and experience.
