We’re looking for an energetic and resourceful individual to join our client’s Operations team. The Remittance Analyst will work as part of a growing and dynamic team to ensure customers’ payments are posted and applied accurately.


  • Execute customer payment cycle processes by posting payments from various sources to customer accounts according to procedure across multiple billing systems, which includes:
  • Direct/Wire payments
  • Lockbox payments
  • Scannable payments
  • EDI payments and adjustments
  • Work and maintain unapplied payments queue
  • Exception capture for payments and unapplied payments for resolution by the Houston team
  • Balance payment to billing system to ensure accuracy on a daily basis
  • Assist with other projects assigned by management


  • Some background in Finance, Data Analytics, or Bookkeeping etc.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – not afraid to ask questions!
  • Quick learner who is a go-getter and thinks outside of the box
  • Big picture thinker who can spot and adapt to trends - providing valuable insights
  • Previous experience with Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, Xlookup, and other data manipulation functions)


  • Sunday-Thursday 8hours/day - 9 am – 3 pm in office and 2 hours in the evening from home
  • Training MUST be during EST hours and will be approximately 4 hours/day for 2-4 weeks
  • In our Har Hotzvim office
