A Booking Keeping and Operation Manager is needed for a leading international eCommerce company in the beauty & wellness space. Young, pleasant & dynamic work environment. Long term, in-person position, located in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operations, inventory management, and shipment reconciliation.
- Work with vendors, customs brokers, and freight carriers to manage import/export to the USA, Canada, and UK.
- Ongoing management of international and domestic shipments.
- Invoicing, managing sales orders, track and manage financial data, and payment
reconciliation.
Skills:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration - preferred
- High proficiency / Native English - Mandatory! (will be tested)
- Computer skills, experienced in working with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google
Sheets (will be tested)
- Must be driven, take initiative, prioritize and can regularly meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (Netsuite) - preferred
- Experience in ERP systems - Advantage
