CityBook is hiring for a number of positions!

Come join our dynamic evening team in our Jerusalem office! We started with one department and 4 people, now we’re in our fourth year with over 70 amazing individuals across 5 departments.

Account Reps: A few spots still available!

  • Experience in operations, call center, and customer service management
  • Strong familiarity with technology applications and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-pressure environment while being detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English Mother tongue
  • Experience with customer service and committed to client satisfaction

Call Center Reps: A few spots still available!

  • Experience in operations, call center, and customer service management
  • Familiarity with technology applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English Mother tongue
  • Attention to detail and procedures, and the ability to troubleshoot
  • Mortgage/Lending experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel preferred

Operations Associate:

  • Supporting the Team with an array of operational related tasks and other tasks as and when they arise.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records in relation to ongoing operations and reporting.
  • Support system development efforts through business analysis and subject matter expertise
  • Respond to Ad hoc requests as needed.

Sales Manager:

  • Being able to successfully manage sales aspects of the office
  • Create strategies and new initiatives to boost sales
  • Monitoring the sales team along with sales performance
  • Being fully aware of the products and services and identifying competition
  • Provide continuing education and sales training
  • Assist with onboarding of new sales reps and best practices

Sales Development Reps:

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prospect potential new clients through cold calls, emails, and Social Media.
  • Quickly research and strategize an approach to create interest and engage clients.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
