Roga Partners is currently seeking a luxury travel concierge to join our team in our beautiful and convenient Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem office.

Detailed Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience using Sabre or other travel reservation software
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
• Fluent in English with a second language as a plus
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury travel and will be able

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences
• Work with clients to build their travel itinerary from start to finish and make all necessary reservations
• Conduct research to build clients’ dream trip and negotiate with vendors
• Maintain seamless communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and that all needs are met
