Seeking an Office and Operations Admin for a  hitech company in Netanya

Job Description:

• Ongoing management of the office (sitting at the reception desk)

• Handling the purchase and ordering of equipment

• Negotiation management

• Agreements and ongoing work with a variety of service providers (including receipt of goods)

• Providing admin services to the company's employees

• Issuing invoices to customers

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task, positive energy

•Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

• A people person with a well-developed creative sense

• Very good level of English (writing and speaking)

•Knowledge of priority system - an advantage
