Account Receivable Bookkeeper

The bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the global AR process including billing & collections as well as handling the employees' expenses.


 In charge of the global Invoicing process:

 Generating high volume of invoices

 Assuring all received POs are in-line with the company internal protocols

 Maintaining the company SKU’s in the ERP system

 Serve as the main point of contact for internal inquiries and requests around AR and

billing matters

 In charge of the global AR collections process:

 Daily tracking of collections status for the company and it's subsidiaries

 Collection calls and/or Email correspondence – mostly abroad

 Prepare and maintain various reports including the Accounts Receivable aging report.

 In charge of maintaining the company AR records and payment reconciliations – both local

and foreign

 Work closely with the sales team on a daily basis to ensure the efficiency of the AR


 Handling the subsidiary's employees travel expenses, on a daily basis

 Work closely with other members in the financial team to maintain our financial records

 Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed

 A key player in month/quarter/year-end closings


 Certified Bookkeeper, type 3 - must

 Mother tongue level English (both spoken and written) - must

 Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and global environment

 Highest standards of accuracy and precision; Highly organized and reliable with high

attention to details

 Perform well under pressure

 Ability to work independently

 A team-player

 2+ years of experience – Advantage

 Experience in AR bookkeeping and collections processes (i.e. billing, collections,

reconciliations etc.) - Advantage

 Experience in Hi-Tech companies - Advantage

 Strong Excel skills - Advantage

 Experience working with Priority - Advantage

 An option to a part time position
