CityBook is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help optimize the continuing growth of the Sales teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Sales to help ensure that sales representatives from various departments are given the requisite tools to succeed, thereby enabling maximum productivity.
- Successfully manage all sales aspects of the office
- Create strategies and new initiatives to boost sales
- Monitor the sales team along with sales performance
- Stay on top of products and services and identify competition
- Provide continuing education and sales training
- Assist with onboarding of new sales reps and best practices
- At least 3-5 years of sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High business acumen
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Great management and organizational skills
