About us

Azami Global is a successful, international company in the Intellectual Property legaltech space. We are looking for a case manager to join our rapidly growing renewals line of business. The Case Management team handles all aspects related to our clients’ annuity payments.

Location

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be an integral part of our IRG Team which is responsible for all intellectual property annuity renewals. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare estimates for our sales team, follow through on annuity filing confirmations and check associate bills to ensure they are accurate. The case manager will also respond to clients’ email inquiries.

You are analytical and like to understand the bigger picture but also enjoy having routine tasks incorporated into your regular work schedule. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze incoming annuity requests and provide cost estimates
  • Communicate, collaborate, and provide information to Sales Associates and clients regarding cost estimates
  • Ensuring accuracy of estimates, confirmations and incoming bills
  • Uploading relevant paperwork to our database system
  • Preparing reports as needed
  • Respond to client email inquiries
  • Support various ad hoc projects within the IRG Team

Requirements:

  • Full time availability
  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • Working knowledge and experience with databases, spreadsheets and email software packages
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
