Responsibilities:
- Customer care: answering calls, and following up with leads
- Giving customers information on various properties to help them find an apartment
- Schedule tours during working hours and follow up afterward
- Maintain communication with property managers and all relevant staff
- Following up with leads on social media and editing listings on websites
- MRI lead management
Requirements:
- Previous work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate with compassion and empathy
- Organized, attentive to details, and ability to prioritize tasks
Details:
- Maternity cover with the possibility to become permanent.
- The training period is 1 month with 2-3 hours/day Sunday - Thursday.
- After training full-time 3 pm - 12 am Sunday - Thursday
