The Rapaport Group is offering an exciting career opportunity for an individual committed to promoting social responsibility within the diamond and jewelry industry. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual committed to “making the world a better place” through the implementation of transparent ethical business practices.

They will have the ability to manage important projects efficiently and effectively. They will promote ethical sourcing in the diamond and jewelry trade with special emphasis on Rapaport trading networks and the Rapaport Source Certification project. This is a full-time position based in the United States, Israel, or India.


  • Managing the Rapaport Social Responsibility website -
  • Communicating and assisting in the enforcement of Rapaport ethical standards
  • Managing and developing the new Rapaport Source Certification project
  • Managing relationships with trade organizations, governments, and NGOs

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented personality with a commitment to team success
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to manage initiatives and follow-through
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and project management skills
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Strong priority-setting abilities and problem-solving skills


  • At least 5 years of experience in management
  • Experience in the jewelry industry – an advantage
  • Proven business development experience
  • University degree in social sciences – business management an advantage
  • Experience in marketing and sales – an advantage
