The Job Overview
We are a startup in the Jewish education space building unique and engaging educational projects both in America and Israel. An initial job focus will be helping to coordinate our American campus program designed to inspire Jewish students to come to Israel for their semester abroad.
We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties to support this project as well as other projects and business operations. We are looking for an individual who can maintain a flexible schedule working with our teams in Israel and America. Travel may be required. Our candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter who ideally understands the American college demographic. You must be a people person who takes initiative and can work independently while at the same time can take direction from others.
Responsibilities Include
Plan, organize, and execute program activities and campus events
Manage program logistics
Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Tracking and reporting project progress
Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
Work with team in Israel and America concerning project details and deliverables
Manage and maintain calendars
Handle related administrative tasks
Research and organize data
Analyzing data as required
Maintain and manage contacts
Create presentations and documents
Help manage social media
Gather and organize data for statistical analysis
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
People person
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Skype, and other remote team messaging apps
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
