If you are having trouble logging in, it might be due to one of the following things: 1. If you get a message that your username or password is incorrect, or that your username is alredy used, the problem may be in your browser's cache. This is a common problem, especially on Internet Explorer. To fix the problem, press F5 or shift-F5 or Control-F5 when you are at the site. Or try holding down shift while clicking on the refresh button. If that doesn't work, you can delete cookies from your browser. In Internet Explorer, go to tools->internet options->delete->cookies. If that doesn't work, try using another browser. It will probably work there. 2. New users must confirm their registration by clicking the link in the confirmation email that was sent immediately afterwards. If you did not, you may be unable to login. If you do not have the email anymore, contact us for help. 3. You may have a problem with your username or password. If you forgot either your user name or password, you can click Lost username/ password? to have them sent to you at the email address you used to register. 4. Because Janglo.net runs on a different system than Yahoo Groups, your ID and password is not transferred over. If you haven't registered on Janglo.net, you'll have to do so. Don't worry, it will only take you about 15 seconds. If none of these help, contact us to reset your password.
