Sharpening Scissors

Hi

Here are the answers I recieved:

1) On Rechov Strauss near Bazaar Strauss, close to HaSofer (just past Bikur
Cholim headed towards Geula) there is a place called Beva

2) In Machane Yehuda in one of the side alleys near veg stand and a fish shop

3) on rechov Eitz Chayim either # 8 or 10.

Home remedies:
1) cut sand paper or tin foil
2) run tin foil over the scissors
3)run a sharp knife over the dull edges of the scissors
