Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at OurMishpacha. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, highly creative, and knowledgeable about current trends in digital marketing. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with OurMishpacha's goals and values.

- Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders within the Jewish community.

- Identify opportunities for growth and engagement and propose creative solutions to optimize our social media presence.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive insights.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hebrew. Other languages is a plus.

- Passion for and understanding of the Jewish community and its values is a plus.

- Experience in the non-profit world is a plus.
