Why can't I log in?

Have you had frequent troubles logging into Janglo? The problem may be related to capital letters or spaces in your username or password. Please use only smaller case letters, and no spaces.

Here's a quick fix: If you have a Facebook account with the same email address as your Janglo account, pressing the "Connect with Facebook"  button underneath the login form will automatically link your accounts, allowing you to login with one click from now on. That will solve any login/ password issues and make using the site a breeze!
