Payouts and Compliance Team Leader

As we expand, we're looking for a star Payments and Compliance Team Leader to join our great Compliance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile all withdrawals made from users.
  • Abide by multi-location and banking regulations.
  • Process all disputes, and chargebacks, and meet return timeframes.
  • Work with multiple financial intuitions and vendors connected to the payout’s domain
  • Perform compliance checks on all withdrawal requests before processing.
  • Ensure OFAC was performed for account protection prior to processing.
  • Ensure incomplete transactions are voided and processed within the batched time frames.
  • Identify and perform AML and regulation workflows with payments identified as suspicious
  • Perform KYC processes for account validation
  • Complete all tracking logs daily.
  • Keeping up to date on all Rules and Regulation changes within locations we are present in.
  • Assist team, internal/external members with compliance and payment related inquiries
  • Assist with completion of tasks, including and not limited to compliance reviews, Incoming and Outgoing deposits, and payouts, posting incoming mail, and following up for the submission of the W8/W9 forms on earn-outs
  • Perform other department functions as assigned.
  • Provide department coverage to support flex schedules and vacations.
  • Promote an environment of teamwork within the department and organization.
  • Assist in implementing new systems, improving efficiencies, and reducing costs
  • Ad-hoc compliance and payments related projects and process improvements

What we are looking for:

  • Need minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, billing, or payouts support
  • A native level of English with excellent oral and written skills
  • Passion for and knowledge of games
  • Knowledge of regulations, compliance, and AML
  • Keen to work in an international environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Monitor the reputation of the payment processors.
  • Experience with payment processors and billing
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer profiling, ability to identify suspicious activity, decision-making abilities, and lateral thinking capacity to readily offer innovative solutions
  • Ability to meet changing demands and to adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information
