For an Israeli site of a global financial group we are looking for self-driven with a ‘can do’ attitude Admin Assistant to support the growing teams.


The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Manager- level staff with the wider administrative team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Heavy scheduling/calendaring meetings across time zones and providing planning support.
  • Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and booking travel, conferences, team offsites, internal and external events and collaborating with Assistants in the business across geographies.
  • Aiding in creating and delivering presentations and email communications.
  • General administrative duties within the team such as cash-expenses and trip reports.
  • Providing cover to the reception team and admin team as and when required.
  • Answering phones and relaying messages/information.
  • Serve as Liaison between internal departments to ensure effective communication
  • Assis the departments with new-joiners
  • Assist Human Resources with scheduling interviews with candidates
  • Anticipating obstacles and being resourceful in proactively working towards solutions, keeping the organizational values in mind.
  • Identifying and leading efforts to create administrative systems and process efficiencies.

Skills And Requirements

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (Verbal and Written).
  • An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An ability to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of duties and tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Social Media Savvy – a plus
