
About the role: Goopss, a fast-growing startup in the online store management space (Etsy, Shopify, and more), is looking for a sales, marketing, and partnerships leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth.
This role includes building the company’s growth infrastructure – from strategic partnerships to acquiring new clients and managing creative marketing campaigns. You'll work directly with the CEO and be a key part of the founding team.
✔ Develop and lead strategic partnerships with marketing agencies, e-commerce consultants, and other industry professionals
✔ Drive new customer acquisition – outreach, product demos, and closing deals
✔ Lead creative marketing efforts – social posts, emails, and campaigns that bring in leads
✔ Build smart marketing funnels – including automations and chatbots
✔ Work hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Canva, Manychat, and more
✔ Analyze data to understand what’s working (and what’s not) and recommend improvements
✔ Actively contribute to product messaging and development based on market insights
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Experience in sales or business development – B2B / SaaS preferred
🔹 Hands-on experience in digital marketing – Facebook, Instagram, email, and campaign execution
🔹 Strong skills with digital tools and automation platforms – Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Canva, etc.
🔹 Familiarity with AI tools – especially GPT-based tools for content, marketing, and automation
🔹 Initiative and confidence to start conversations and close deals independently
🔹 Strong writing and marketing skills – able to craft compelling messaging and value propositions
🔹 Experience creating and managing partnerships – identifying opportunities and building relationships
