What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensure their success.
- Engage clients in discussions about their programmatic desires and requirements.
- Write unique programs and itineraries for individuals and groups.
- Coordinate all elements reflected in quotes and itineraries in a timely manner.
- Oversee the smooth operations of agreed-upon programs and quotations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to maintain relationships with a diverse customer base while improving satisfaction and business results.
- Confident, self-motivated, and a true team player.
- A strong desire and ability to learn new technologies.
- Passion for providing a high level of service.
- Native-level English (required).
