About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal Advisor to join their growing remote team.
This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who enjoys managing legal matters, supporting solicitors, and delivering outstanding client service while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with the progression of legal matters from instruction through to completion.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and client communications.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries where required.
- Review, organise, and maintain case files and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients to obtain information and provide updates on their matters.
- Liaise with courts, third parties, and external organisations.
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the legal team in maintaining efficient case progression.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Paralegal with previous UK legal experience.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal within a UK law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong legal drafting and organisational abilities.
- Experience using legal case management systems.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home working environment.
- Availability during UK business hours.
