As the Implementations Manager at Jones, your objective will be to help design a process that allows Jones to implement, onboard, and train customer accounts at scale. Working closely with the VP of Sales, CTO and VP of R&D internally, your role will be to own the implementation process for each account from end-to-end, including project management, project discovery, product configuration, data gathering, customer training and go-live activities. Externally, this role will work to develop executive relationships with key individuals within the customer’s organization to align expectations, communicate goals, and outline the project road map to deliver the implementation.

This role will be instrumental in building a powerful, scalable process to support our rapid growth in account implementation. You will work closely with peers, department heads and senior leadership, and will be given latitude to curate this process and role.

What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- 2+ years of client facing experience in Customer Success, Sales Solutions/Engineering, or Business Development

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) 

- A technical, analytical and results-focused mindset, coupled with a resourcefulness to deliver 

- Love to solve complex problems and is good at organizing deliverables across different groups

- Comfortable presenting information to teams, setting and managing deadlines

- Skilled at project management and working to deliver results in a timely manner

- Very organized, able to keep track of deliverables across an array of projects and tasks

- Has a growth mindset and is always thinking how to create greater efficiency and scale

- Open to giving and receiving feedback to assist team members and always-be-learning- Enjoys working within multiple technologies: Project Management & Business Intelligence software

- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
