Full Time Administrative and Operations Position
Jerusalem-Based Biotech Company
An established biotech company located in the Jerusalem Bio Park (JBP) is seeking to fill a full-time entry-level position in our Customer Service & Logistics department.
This is an operational logistics-focused role, supporting order fulfillment and international customer coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders through internal systems (Salesforce / Priority).
- Entering and updating data accurately in company databases.
- Preparing shipping documents and coordinating international shipments (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Tracking shipments and handling delivery-related inquiries.
- Responding to emails and telephone calls from overseas customers regarding order status and logistics matters.
- Supporting inventory updates and general operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker – mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and learn quickly.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Priority software – advantage.
- Previous experience in logistics / fulfillment – advantage.
Start date: Immediately
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday)
