Job Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and email correspondence.
  • Receiving messages.
  • Managing a schedule that includes meetings in Israel and abroad.
  • Meeting coordination.
  • Conference calls.


  • At least one year of experience in administration work and schedule management.
  • High-level English and Hebrew.

Hours: 8:00-16:30, three to four days a week (depending on the candidate’s ability). Must come in on Sundays, other days are up for discussion.
