I have been trained and been practicing a unique method of dream healing, which involves guided visualisation and a facilitated dialogue with your dream. We would enter your dream world and then use elements of the dream to explore, uncover and express the hidden meanings contained within your dream. The Talmud in Brachot suggests that not exploring a dream is akin to not opening a letter delivered to your door.
Sessions would involve an initial consultation and then move onto the method of dream healing.
Sessions can be in person or via skype.
