Partnership Development Manager for a Leading Organization 2822

A leading organization in the field of Jewish Diaspora is seeking a Partnership Development and Community Relations Manager for a role that combines managing the organization’s fundraising and partnership efforts in Israel.

The responsibilities include: creating a strategic plan for expanding the organization's partnership and resource development infrastructure, deepening existing partnerships, establishing new relationships, and strengthening existing connections with partners from various sectors (business, public, social, philanthropic, governmental). The role also involves overseeing donor retention, identifying opportunities to promote the organization among relevant stakeholders, building and solidifying relationships with various communities in Israel, participating in organizational projects, developing new projects, and more.
*The position is based in Jerusalem (Hybrid)*

Requirements

• Academic degree – required
• Master’s degree – a significant advantage
• Experience in creating partnerships with social organizations/public sector/companies/philanthropy – required
• Experience in resource development and fundraising – a significant advantage
• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English – required
• Previous experience working with fundraising databases and CRM systems – an advantage
