Incoming Tourism is back on track and Eshet Incoming is looking for an experienced Tour Operator with enthusiasm to join our Tel Aviv-based team.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages - a definite plus
- Ability to multi-task and handle complicated logistics in an organized manner
- Knowledge of the country - routes, travel times, sites, hotels, border crossings, and more.
- Familiarity with the hotel industry and tourism market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full-time position
- Team player
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain clear communications with clients through email or over the phone
- Create unique experiences for our clients in country
- Manage bookings for hotels, sites, etc for groups
- Manage logistics and all arrangements prior to groups’ arrivals
- Oversee on-the-ground operations and problem-solving.
