Content and Marketing Manager

The Karov Eilecha Institute for Gemara learning is dedicated to the mission of "learning how to learn" and "learning how to teach." As our institute grows and our educational reach expands, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in several part-time and freelance capacities.

We are currently looking to fill the following role:

1. Content and Marketing Manager (Part-time / Freelance) This is a dual-focus management role centered on processing raw materials into publishable formats, adapting content to fit the institute's needs, and overseeing promotional strategies. The focus is on adapting content and managing the workflow rather than generating the core educational content from scratch.

• Responsibilities: Process and adapt content to align with the institute's specific requirements, manage the editing and publishing processes for written materials (including a book in progress), oversee website development and continuous content updates, coordinate with graphic designers for flyer creation, and fully manage digital marketing and distribution.
• Qualifications: Highly organized. Proficiency working with written and recorded Torah content. Proficiency in AI platforms (specifically Gemini, Claude, and AI image generators), a basic understanding of graphic design principles, and familiarity with basic project management software. A basic understanding of website workings is needed for simple content management, but prior experience with WordPress is not required—we are happy to have you learn WordPress management on the job.
